Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Service at seogeo.today, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and subscribers.
Account Registration
You may use limited features of the Service without an account (e.g., Quick scans). Full access requires registration via Google OAuth or email. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities under it. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
Subscription & Billing
Paid plans (Pro and Business) are billed monthly through Stripe. All paid plans include a 7-day free trial. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be charged the new rate at their next renewal after the notice period.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to: • Use the Service to scan websites you do not own or have permission to analyze • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disrupt the Service • Use automated tools to access the Service beyond our documented API • Resell or redistribute scan results as a competing service • Violate any applicable law or regulation We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Intellectual Property
The Service, its design, algorithms, and underlying technology are owned by Scope and protected by intellectual property laws. Your website content remains yours. Scan results and analysis generated by the Service are provided to you for your use but are derived from our proprietary methodology.
Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific SEO rankings, AI visibility outcomes, or the accuracy of scan results. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Termination
You may terminate your account at any time through Settings or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where reasonably possible. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Scope operates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
