We collect information you provide directly, such as your email address when creating an account, and the website URLs you submit for scanning. We also automatically collect usage data including scan results, scores, and issues detected — this is the core output of our Service. We collect standard technical data when you visit our site: browser type, IP address, and pages visited. We do not use tracking pixels or fingerprinting.
How We Use Your Information
We use your email to authenticate your account and send service-related notifications (such as scan completion alerts). We use your website URLs and scan data to provide the SEO and GEO analysis that is the core function of our Service. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information or scan results with third parties for marketing purposes.
Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored in encrypted PostgreSQL databases hosted on secure infrastructure. We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest and in transit, access controls, and regular security audits. Scan data is retained for the lifetime of your account and deleted within 30 days of account deletion.
Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services: • Google OAuth — for account sign-in. Google shares your email and profile info; we do not receive your Google password. • Stripe — for payment processing. Stripe handles your credit card data directly; we only receive a customer identifier and subscription status. Stripe is PCI DSS compliant. • AI Providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) — to generate analysis and fix suggestions for your scans. Your website content may be sent to these providers for analysis purposes only. Each provider operates under their own privacy policy.
Cookies & Local Storage
We use essential cookies for authentication (session tokens) and CSRF protection. We use browser local storage to cache your access token for API requests. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics cookies.
Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at privacy@seogeo.today. We will respond to verified requests within 30 days. You may also delete your account and all associated data through the Settings page in the Service.
