Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 20, 2026

SEOGEO Insight ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our service at seogeo.today (the "Service").

Information We Collect

We collect information provided directly, such as email addresses when creating an account, and the website URLs submitted for scanning. We also automatically collect usage data including scan results, scores, and issues detected — this is the core output of our Service. We collect standard technical data when visitors access our site: browser type, IP address, and pages visited. We do not use tracking pixels or fingerprinting.

How We Use the Information

Email addresses are used to authenticate accounts and send service-related notifications (such as scan completion alerts). Website URLs and scan data are used to provide the SEO and GEO analysis that is the core function of our Service. We do not sell, rent, or share personal information or scan results with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data Storage & Security

Data is stored in encrypted PostgreSQL databases hosted on secure infrastructure. We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest and in transit, access controls, and regular security audits. Scan data is retained for the lifetime of each account and deleted within 30 days of account deletion.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services: • Google OAuth — for account sign-in. Google shares the email and profile info of each user; we do not receive Google passwords. • Stripe — for payment processing. Stripe handles credit card data directly; we only receive a customer identifier and subscription status. Stripe is PCI DSS compliant. • AI Providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) — to generate analysis and fix suggestions for scans. Website content may be sent to these providers for analysis purposes only. Each provider operates under their own privacy policy.

Cookies & Local Storage

We use essential cookies for authentication (session tokens) and CSRF protection. We use browser local storage to cache access tokens for API requests. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics cookies.

Your Rights

Users may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data at any time by contacting us at privacy@seogeo.today. We will respond to verified requests within 30 days. Account holders may also delete their account and all associated data through the Settings page in the Service.
